Terms of use
Health Relay is provided by dotenv LLC, doing business as Meridian Strategic Systems. Use the service to sync your own authorized health data and connect agents you trust. Keep your account codes and agent credentials private.
Subscriptions
A new account receives a seven-day service trial without making a purchase. Any later subscription is a separate Apple purchase. The purchase sheet shows the current price, billing period, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal through Apple subscription settings. Deleting your app or account does not cancel the subscription.
Service limitations
The app supports selected HealthKit types and does not guarantee complete or continuous export. iOS controls background execution. Keep the original Health data and your own backups. The service is not intended for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or safety-critical monitoring.
Your information
The privacy policy describes storage, sharing, and deletion. You choose which agents receive access and are responsible for how you distribute their credentials.
Apple license
The iOS app uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These service terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
